What We Do

Our firm handles foreclosures, (if the client has sufficient equity in property, we can pay off the foreclosure), bankruptcy, interim or purchase financing, and Hotel & Motel Financing (up to $1 million). We also deal in Bridge Financing, (lending money to clients who already own a home and have purchased a new home but have not sold their existing one.) Consolidation, (people paying off debts by taking equity in their home) and Subdivision Development. (Land development only - including servicing the land.)
